Peter Nelson
Chief Financial Officer
Peter Nelson joined Corporate Lodging Consultants in 2003 as chief financial officer with responsibility for financial reporting and analysis, tax, treasury and risk management, investor relations and corporate/legal administration.
Prior to joining CLC, Nelson spent a major portion of his 20-year career with Horsehead Industries, Inc., a multi-hundred million dollar holding company that owned and actively managed market-leading suppliers of industrial products and services. In his roles as CFO and vice president of corporate planning, Nelson played a leading role in all operating activities, as well as 18 corporate financing and M&A transactions totaling $2.2 billion. Earlier in his career, Nelson served as a consultant with Booz, Allen & Hamilton, and as an engineer with IBM.
Nelson received his BS degree in engineering from Brown University and earned his MBA from Columbia University.
