Making Reservations
You can choose to allow employees, administrators or your company's travel agents to make reservations directly with individual hotels. Or, you can use Corporate Lodging Consultants' Specialized Reservation Center. To enable individual employees, administrators or corporate travel agents to efficiently make reservations, your CLC approved hotel list will include the name, address and phone number of each hotel. This information can also be accessed through your CLC*Web account.
For travelers with unique hotel reservation requirements, Corporate Lodging Consultants' Specialized Reservation Center is ideal. It saves your employees valuable time by making reservations on their behalf. And it saves your company money by ensuring that employees stay in less expensive, approved hotels whenever possible. The Specialized Reservation Center is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week by telephone. Employees of companies that choose this option can also make reservations directly through their CLC*Web account.
