Corporate Lodging Consultants' team of negotiators will work diligently to secure the best room rates for your company. Utilizing its unsurpassed purchasing power, along with its extensive database of hotel stay patterns, rates and local market trends, CLC is able to negotiate rates that are 30 to 50 percent below the best available rate. For most clients, that's an additional 15 to 30 percent below the best rates they could obtain themselves.
The room rate Corporate Lodging Consultants negotiates at each hotel includes the room charge and applicable room tax. The majority of hotels are negotiated with "flat rates" that are good every day of the year. Equally important, CLC rates are typically for "last room availability." So, if there's an available room at the hotel, you'll get it at the CLC rate. As long as the hotel is not completely full, you will be able to book rooms at the CLC-negotiated rate on any day of the year.
